East Anglia GT12 Regional 2018 – Bedford round
The East Anglia Regional came to a close at Bedford today and it was still all to play for at the top of the table with only a handful of points covering the top drivers.
With a packed schedule of 46 drivers covering 8 heats, it was non-stop action throughout the day. As everyone found their rhythm in the first couple of heats, the lap times began to tumble as the track bedded in and each driver sought out that extra half a second here and there, with the qualifying of the A-final coming down to just fractions of a second.
The championship ended on a high for Adam Mackman who took overall 1st place driving his Schumacher Atom.
A fantastic team effort was awarded to South Cams RC club who took the teams championship after some stellar consistent performances.
